Profile Overview

As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll be the hands-on engine behind our demand campaigns across every channel we run: paid search, paid social, email, webinars, events, community, and our website. Reporting into the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own the build, launch, and daily optimisation of campaigns, and you'll partner closely with Marketing Operations to keep everything automated, accurately tracked, and performing. This is a genuinely multifaceted, execution-first role. One week your focus might be paid search performance, the next a webinar cadence or an email nurture flow. We're building the demand foundations from the ground up, so there's real space to bring ideas and leave your stamp on what we create.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

• Take full operational ownership of day-to-day campaign execution across paid and email, driving performance forward without needing a playbook handed to you.
• Spot what's underperforming early, bring clear recommendations to the table, and run the tests and optimisations that move the needle.

Your responsibilities

• Execute demand campaigns end to end across paid search (Google, Microsoft), paid social (LinkedIn, with more channels on the way), email, webinars, events, and community channels like Reddit, owning build, launch, and daily management.
• Own campaign timelines, coordination, and smooth delivery in close collaboration with the Growth Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team.
• Monitor performance daily, dig into the data, and proactively flag risks and opportunities before they become problems.
• Build and iterate email campaigns and nurture sequences that turn event and webinar interest into real pipeline.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to make sure every campaign is correctly set up, automated, and tracked from end to end.
• Stay close to what's shifting in the industry and what competitors are doing, and translate that into how we sharpen our own campaigns.

What you bring to the table

• 3+ years hands-on running and optimising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar, with real depth in paid.
• Genuine breadth beyond paid: practical experience across email marketing and sequences, plus exposure to webinars, events, or community channels, and the adaptability to switch focus as priorities shift.
• An execution-first mindset: you love being in the trenches daily, building and shipping, with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong analytical instincts: you spot patterns and performance issues quickly and act proactively rather than reactively.
• Clear, structured communication: you keep stakeholders informed on what's happening and what you're seeing in the data, with minimal back-and-forth.
• You use AI tools regularly to work smarter and can point to concrete examples of how they boost your output.
