About the Position

We’re looking for a fully remote Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute (with creative support) digital ads, email, and social media across both brands.

This position will own the planning, implementation, copywriting, channel management, budget allocation, partner relationships, and performance reporting.

This role will work very closely with the Marketing & Creative Director and includes direct account management and oversight of external paid media contractors/agencies.

Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across current platforms (Google, Meta, Reddit) and onboard new platforms (TikTok, Bing)
• Write copy for ads, landing pages, and other materials
• Manage budgets across platforms and reallocate based on performance data
• Oversee contractors and agencies executing paid media
• Manage relationships with partner brands, platforms, and content creators
• Evaluate performance and recommend adjustments, renewals, and terminations, as well as identify new opportunities
• Regularly report on spend, CPA, conversions, partnerships, and trends

Email Marketing

• Build, schedule, and optimize campaigns in ActiveCampaign
• Manage list segmentation, automations, and lifecycles
• Test subject lines, creative, timing, and implement findings

Social Media

• Maintain content calendars for Card Conduit and Spellfinder across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X/Twitter
• Write, schedule, and publish biweekly content on each channel, coordinating creative with the M&C Director
• Monitor and respond to community engagement

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and build the proverbial bridges as you cross them
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with ownership of paid campaigns/email programs
• Demonstrated copywriting ability
• Google and Meta Ads Manager experience
• Proficiency in ActiveCampaign (or equivalent)
• Ability to interpret performance data, identify variances, and communicate findings
• Experience managing brand social channels, including planning and community response
• Experience managing agency, affiliate, influencer, or creator partnerships, including performance evaluation and rate negotiation

Preferred Qualifications

• An active interest and knowledge of Magic: the Gathering gameplay
• Chronically online social media literacy
• Project management and administrative leanings (we use Linear)
• Experience marketing both e-commerce and service-based businesses
• Design taste and sensibility
• Utah applicants preferred, but applicants from all states will be considered

Compensation and Benefits

Along with the starting annual salary range of $80–90,000, Card Conduit offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, access to a 401k with a 100% match up to 5%, 4 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, and three weeks of PTO accrued over each year.
