We’re looking for a creative, curious designer who can turn entertainment and sports industry data into compelling social content. You’ll come up with ideas, identify relevant news, create graphics, write captions, and check the information before it’s published.

Our audience includes entertainment and sports professionals. We need someone who understands what would make these people stop, read, share, or join the conversation.

What You’ll Do

• Generate original content ideas. Find interesting angles in our data and industry developments, including infographics, comparisons, agency breakdowns, rankings, and recurring series. Bring ideas proactively and experiment with new formats.
• Create the graphics yourself. Design clear, engaging infographics, carousels, and news graphics that communicate information effectively and look polished on social media.
• Choose the right news stories. Review incoming industry news and decide which stories matter to our audience, why they matter, and how we should present them.
• Write the copy. Create headlines, on-graphic text, hooks, and captions in clear, confident English suited to an industry-professional audience.
• Review researchers’ work. Check the data and supporting sources provided by our research team. Verify names, agency relationships, dates, totals, percentages, and other details. Flag inconsistencies and work with researchers to resolve them.
• Own the final quality check. Make sure the graphic and caption match the verified data, the headline is supported, and the finished post is accurate and easy to understand.
• Manage the content calendar. Balance planned content with timely responses to relevant industry news.
• Learn from performance. Review what resonates with our audience and use those insights to improve future content.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A strong graphic design portfolio, especially infographics, editorial graphics, social media carousels, or other information-focused content.
• The ability to take a post from initial idea through design, caption writing, and final review.
• Strong creative and editorial judgment. You can look at a dataset or news story, identify an interesting angle, and explain why our audience would care.
• Excellent written English, including the ability to make complex information clear and concise.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, checking percentages, and reviewing sources.
• Proficiency in the design tools needed to produce polished graphics and organized, editable files.
• Initiative and curiosity. You regularly bring forward ideas, explore possibilities, and improve concepts through feedback.
• Strong organization, reliable communication, and the ability to manage deadlines independently.
